The Grant Park Summer Shade Festival is expanding its Festival GUIDE to a 32-page 11x17 4-color news copy format that will feature maps, artists, food vendors, chefs/restaurants, stage schedules, other activity schedules, artist profiles, articles about the park, the 125th birthday and the Conservancy, and more.

The Summer Shade Festival is currently accepting applications for the 2008 Juried Artist Market and the Non Juried Artist Market, Food Vendors, Musical Acts, Street Performers, and more.

The Conservancy is now accepting used ink jet and printer cartridges. Through a special recycling program, the Conservancy can earn dollars by recycling the cartridges.

2008 marks the 125th birthday of L.P. Grant Park and the Grant Park Conservancy is working on a series of activities to celebrate this historic landscape.
