Historic L.P. Grant Park Walking Tour Start: 1:15 pm End: 2:30 pm The Grant Park Conservancy is proud to be a "Preservation Partner" with the Atlanta Preservation Centers' " 7th Annual Phoenix Flies - A Citywide Celebration of Living Landmarks" (March 6-22, 2010) (www.preservaneatlanta.com) and is pleased to offer a series of walking tours and activities to help you understand and learn more about Atlanta's oldest public park. Our Historic L.P. Grant Park Walkng Tour will focus on history, stories, hopes and plans. There is no charge for our special tours but we will not discourage donations. Parking is free. The tour begins on the traffic circle adjacent to the Atlanta Cyclorama (mapquest: 800 Cherokee Avenue, Atlanta 30315) Reservations are encouraged.
