Judges include: Tony Brewer of Tony Brewer & Company Special Event Planning & Design, Jessica Dauler of Q100s "Jessica Shops" segment and JessicaShops.com, and Bryan "Beau" Grant, Board Member of the Grant Park Conservancy.
