Artist/Exhibitor Handbook

The handbook is designed to help artists/exhibitors become more familiar with the general operations of the festival, basic rules and other general information.  We think it is to your advantage to know where the closest ATM is located, where to get something cool to drink, where to report emergencies, etc.

LOAD IN/OUT

We have established a specific load in time for artists driving oversized vehicles or towing trailers.  If you do not fit this description, you will not be permitted to enter until the general artist load in at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 27.  Oversized vehicles/trailers arriving after 3:00 p.m. will be held until there is ample space to allow entrance.  Keep in mind we must always maintain an open lane for passage.  Blocking the roadways is not allowed and will result in an escort out of the park.

Load out on Sunday begins at 7:30 p.m.  The artist market closes at 6:30.  Please use this hour to pack and get everything ready to load in vehicles.  All items must be placed off the roadway on the turf to make sure you have a place to park your vehicle.  You space must be as clean or cleaner than when you arrived on Friday - that means all trash/litter/plastic zip ties - everything must be picked up and disposed of properly.  If our good scouts find trash in your space, you will not be allowed entry for load out until the area is clean.
