The 2009 Holiday Lights and Market features an old world holiday celebration and shopping opportunity in historic L.P. Grant Park. Based on the tradition of Advent Markets held in old town squares across Europe, the Holilday Lights and Market features an artist/gift market, food, holiday beverages, music, sparkling lights and more.
Hoilday Lights and Market is scheduled Friday, Saturday and Sunday, December 11-13, 2009.
Friday - December 11 Open to the Public 3:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
Saturday - December 12 Open to the Public 12:00 noon-10:00 p.m.
Sunday - December 13 Open to the Public 12:00 noon-7:00 p.m.
Historic L.P. Grant Park is located in Southeast Atlanta, one mile east of Turner Field (Atlanta Braves), one mile southeast of the gold dome of the Georgia State Capitol building, one mile south of the Martin Luther King Birth Home and Historic District, and is conveniently situated to Interstates-75/85 and 20.
